Nonstop Flight Access

80% of U.S. metros are within a 2-hour flight from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. More than 110 million passengers a year take advantage of ATL’s nonstop flights to 160+ domestic and 75+ international destinations.

Air Cargo’s Covered

More than 20 all-cargo air carriers zip in and out of Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, carrying more than 650,000 metric tons of cargo in a single year.

Two Ports to Choose From

Shipping by sea is a breeze with the Port of Savannah, North America’s fastest-growing single-container terminal, just 250 miles from Atlanta. The Port of Brunswick is just 300 miles away and is our nation’s second-busiest port for vehicle import and export.

The Southeast’s Rail Center

Our intermodal hub is the largest in the region, with more than 4,600 railroad miles statewide. Norfolk Southern, CSX and over 20 short-line companies keep the trains—and your cargo—moving on time.

Transit Choices

More than 1.7 million people in metro Atlanta use the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) to get around by train, streetcar and bus, connecting to 38 rail stations and 101 bus routes, while communities across the region offer express lines to the heart of employment centers.

All Roads Lead Here

Metro Atlanta is one of only five U.S. cities where three interstates converge. I-75, I-85 and I-20—all meet at the heart of our central business district, keeping people and goods moving through Atlanta.
