A proud Florida native, Jatarrius is a dynamic professional with a passion for people and purpose-driven work. With degrees from Florida A&M University and Georgia State University, Jatarrius began his career in nursing, combining a strong desire to help others with hands-on experience in healthcare. Over time, that mission evolved into a focus on supporting the healthcare system behind the scenes—specifically, through talent acquisition and retention.
With extensive experience spanning recruiter, recruitment manager, and recruitment consultant roles, Jatarrius has helped organizations build strong teams and cultivate the talent that drives impact. Prior to recruiting, he spent seven years shaping young minds as a high school and middle school instrumental music teacher, a passion he continues today through private lessons.
Outside of work, Jatarrius enjoys quality time with family, discovering new restaurants, and traveling the world.
