Rob Denham recently began working for the Metro Atlanta Chamber (MAC) as the Project Manager for Community Development focused on supporting the Downtown Reimagined initiative, which aims to create a vibrant downtown neighborhood for all.

Before moving to Atlanta, in his previous roles, he managed various residential, mixed-use, and historic preservation projects through roles working for the City of Cincinnati Community & Economic Development and a local, non-profit, private real estate development company called 3CDC. Rob was the Development Manager for the City of Cincinnati’s Community and Economic Development department, where he focused on reinvestment and revitalization of the urban core of the city, including Over The Rhine, Central Business District, and Pendleton neighborhoods. He also led the city’s Business Attraction and Retention efforts.

Rob, a Columbus, Ohio, native, recently made the move to Atlanta from Cincinnati in November 2024 and now calls West Midtown home. With a bachelor’s degree in urban planning from the University of Cincinnati and a master’s in sustainable real estate development from Tulane University, he has a deep appreciation for vibrant cities and thoughtful development.

Outside of work, Rob loves getting to know his new city by trying out local restaurants and uncovering hidden gems. He’s passionate about traveling to new places, keeping up with the latest fashion trends, and cherishing time with his family and close friends.
