MAC will renew its lease at the iconic 191 Peachtree Tower.

ATLANTA (July 17, 2025) – The Metro Atlanta Chamber (MAC) today announced the renewal of its lease at the iconic 191 Peachtree Tower, where the organization has operated since 2016. The lease extension will keep MAC in its 34th-floor office, with its panoramic views of the surrounding region, through July 2037.
The 191 Peachtree tower has been a defining presence in the Atlanta skyline and a key anchor in the downtown business district since 1990. The building recently announced a $4.5 million renovation that will enhance the space, blending historic significance with modern energy.
“As a 166-year-old organization rooted in shaping metro Atlanta’s future, it’s important for us to be located in the center of the region,” said Katie Kirkpatrick, president & CEO of the Metro Atlanta Chamber. “This renewed commitment to 191 Peachtree reflects our confidence in downtown’s continued momentum and our role in helping it strengthen.”
MAC’s 25,470 square foot headquarters serves as a collaborative workspace for its staff and flexible event space for convening leaders from across the region. Before moving into 191 Peachtree in 2016, the Chamber had been headquartered just a few blocks away since 1987—at a site then-surrounded by vacant buildings and surface parking lots, before the area became home to Centennial Olympic Park.
