Project Manager, Economic Development
Kimberly has been part of the Metro Atlanta Chamber’s (MAC) Economic Development team since 2021, where she works as a Project Manager to recruit new businesses to the 29-county metro Atlanta region and help current businesses grow and expand within the footprint.
In 2015, Kimberly found her passion for economic development as a Retail Recruitment Coordinator and Project Manager with The Retail Coach, a real estate advisory and recruitment firm, where she managed over 50 client communities nationwide.
Kimberly joined Roswell Inc. in 2018, where she served as the organization’s Business Relations & Strategic Partnerships Manager, working with various companies to provide local assistance and support. She also cultivated and managed Roswell Inc.’s relationships with state and regional partners, and helped identify and develop new partnership opportunities to strengthen Roswell’s overall business environment.
Kimberly is involved in numerous community non-profit and professional organizations where she has held several leadership positions, including The Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, Site Selector’s Guild, Council for Quality Growth’s Emerging Leaders Initiative, The Drake House Professional Advisory Council, the Greater North Fulton Chamber’s NextGen Committee, and the University of Mississippi’s Young Alumni Council. She also served on the City of Roswell’s 2040 Comprehensive Plan Committee and the Atlanta Regional Commission’s Regional Excellence Awards jury. She is a graduate of Leadership North Fulton and the Department of Community Affairs’ Georgia Academy for Economic Development.
A Mississippi native, Kimberly Allred graduated from the University of Mississippi in 2011 with a B.A. in international studies and Spanish. She also received her M.B.A. from the University of Mississippi in 2013. She lives in East Cobb with her husband, Brandon, and their daughter, Harper Grace.
