Atlanta Showcases Innovation Powerhouse Status with Successful InnovATL2025

ATLANTA (October 20, 2025) – The Metro Atlanta Chamber celebrates the success of InnovATL 2025, which wrapped last week after twelve days of independently-organized events spotlighting the talent, momentum, and collaboration driving metro Atlanta’s innovation ecosystem. 

Now in its third year, InnovATL has become the region’s premier celebration of entrepreneurship and innovation. This year’s edition convened thousands of leaders in technology, business, academia, and the creative industries, reinforcing metro Atlanta’s standing as a global innovation hub. 

“Metro Atlanta’s innovation story is fueled by bold thinkers, diverse voices, and a spirit of collaboration that sets this region apart,” said Alex Gonzalez, chief innovation and marketing officer for the Metro Atlanta Chamber. “That spirit was on full display throughout InnovATL — from Startup Atlanta’s celebration of local founders to the big ideas sparked at Avant South, Rowen Convergence, and Venture Atlanta. Together, these and many other events showcased the energy driving our region’s leadership in entrepreneurship and technology.” 

InnovATL2025 featured 16 events across the region, including pitch competitions, fireside chats, university showcases, investor meetups and cross-sector collaborations. Programming spanned industries where metro Atlanta leads globally, from AI and fintech to  healthtech, cybersecurity, supply chain innovation, and digital media. 

From legacy enterprises and high-growth startups to top-tier research institutions and creative entrepreneurs, InnovATL2025 highlighted the full spectrum of what makes metro Atlanta one of the nation’s most dynamic and inclusive tech ecosystems.
