Project Coordinator, Talent Pipeline
Anna Hovater serves as the Talent Pipeline Coordinator at the Metro Atlanta Chamber (MAC). Her role centers around the ATL Talent Collaborative, which is dedicated to addressing shared talent and hiring challenges involving data analysts, software developers, cybersecurity, skilled trades, and aircraft technicians.
Anna grew up in Roswell, Georgia, and graduated from Samford University with a bachelor’s in psychology. She recently completed the U.S. Chamber’s Talent Pipeline Management course and now helps coordinate meetings and engage with employers and academic partners to develop talent solutions.
Anna resides in Atlanta with her cat, Bunny. She loves thrifting, reading, and staying active.
