Stephane Leblois serves as Director of Technology and Innovation at the Metro Atlanta Chamber (MAC), where he helps shape the future of metro Atlanta’s tech landscape. In this role, he collaborates with the Chamber’s partners to build a dynamic innovation ecosystem that attracts cutting-edge companies and supports their long-term growth.

A proud Atlanta native, Stephane graduated from the University of Georgia before spending 15 years in the Washington, D.C. area working at the intersection of accessibility and technology. His career has been defined by a commitment to inclusion, most recently as Chief Community and Programmes Officer at Valuable 500. In that role, he led global initiatives and research to advance accessible business practices across 500 of the world’s leading companies.

Stephane’s impact extends across industries. He has led national workforce development efforts and advised major organizations, including Walmart, EY, and KPMG, on building more accessible digital platforms and inclusive workplaces.

Outside of his professional work, Stephane is a trailblazer in inclusive sports. He founded the Washington Wolfpack RFC, the first disability-inclusive rugby team in the United States, and served on USA Rugby’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee for several years.

When he’s not working, Stephane enjoys spending time with his wife, Nicole, and their son, Ezra.
