Director of Talent Access
Brittany Jenkins-Morrow is the Director of Talent Access at the Metro Atlanta Chamber (MAC), where she bridges employer talent demand with workforce, community, and training ecosystems. This role is a part of the Talent Team that works to translate employer-defined workforce priorities into talent access strategies that expand career pathways, strengthen talent pipelines, and connect more individuals to high-quality employment opportunities across Metro Atlanta.
With more than a decade of experience in workforce development, talent strategy, and public-private partnerships, Brittany has cultivated cross-sector partnerships with employers, workforce training providers, community-based organizations, philanthropic partners, public workforce systems, government agencies, and educational institutions. She brings deep knowledge and demonstrates the ability to align stakeholders around shared workforce goals. Her work has helped employers address critical talent needs while advancing economic mobility outcomes for individuals and communities across the region. Brittany has secured and managed external funding, developed data-informed workforce initiatives, and built partnerships that support long-term regional competitiveness. In addition to her role at MAC, she serves as the Policy Committee Chair and Board Member for the Southeastern Employment and Training Association (SETA), where she collaborates with workforce leaders across the country to advance innovative talent and workforce strategies.
A passionate advocate for workforce innovation, leadership development, and inclusive economic growth, Brittany is committed to building partnerships that empower individuals, strengthen organizations, and ensure that economic growth, talent development, and community opportunity remain aligned across Metro Atlanta. Originally from the coastal town of St. Mary’s, Georgia, Brittany earned a bachelor’s degree in human resource management with a minor in Education and a Master of Public Administration (MPA). She resides in Atlanta with her husband, Kenan Morrow, their three children, and their dog, Bo.
