Research Manager
Jason Barringer is the Metro Atlanta Chamber’s (MAC) Research Manager. He regularly works with the Economic Development team and other MAC departments to provide relevant research and data to support their work. He is also a co-author of MAC’s Talent Supply Report, looking at supply and demand in Georgia’s talent pipeline.
Outside of work, Jason is involved with the Council for Community Economic Research, MAX Data Council, and MAC Regional Research Council. He also frequently participates in mountain bike trail maintenance/building with MTB Atlanta.
A native of Alabama, Jason graduated from the University of Alabama with a bachelor’s in business administration. He also holds a master’s degree in city and regional planning from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Jason resides in East Point with his wife, Angela, and their daughter, Edaline.
