Director of Talent Partnerships, Public Policy
Justin Haight is the Director of Talent Partnership at the Metro Atlanta Chamber (MAC). He cultivates and sustains relationships with educational and training institutions statewide.
Justin joined MAC in 2022, having over a decade of experience implementing workforce development strategies for Georgia’s most critical and in-demand industries. He specializes in work-based learning initiatives, experiential learning strategies, and developing public-private partnerships within education and training. He helps co-lead MAC’s ATL Talent Collaborative.
He serves on various community boards, including the WorkSource Atlanta Board of Directors, Kennesaw State University’s Community Advisory Board, and Clayton State’s College of Information and Mathematical Sciences Advisory Board.
Justin was born in Los Angeles, California, but was raised in Marietta, Georgia. He has a master’s in management information systems and a bachelor’s in business administration from Georgia College and State University. He now resides in Tucker, Georgia, with his wife, Elizabeth, and their son, William.
