Leanna is the Vice President of Business Climate for the Metro Atlanta Chamber (MAC). She joined the MAC Public Policy team in 2018 and leads MAC’s tax and economic development policy to ensure metro Atlanta maintains its top-rated business climate. Leanna also manages MAC’s federal advocacy work and represents the policy team to MAC investors, external partners, prospective companies, and the consular corps. Prior to joining MAC, Leanna worked in the University of Georgia Office of Government Relations.

Leanna has a master’s of international policy and a bachelor’s of international affairs from the University of Georgia. She is a graduate of LEAD Atlanta, LEAD Athens, the Regional Leadership Institute, and the Zell Miller Leadership Institute. She serves on the UGA School of Public and International Affairs Alumni Board and the Georgia 4-H Foundation Board of Trustees. She was named to UGA’s 40 Under 40 list in 2024. Leanna is originally from Watkinsville, Georgia, and now lives in Atlanta.
