
Stefan Harrigan is Senior Manager for Global Business Development with the Metro Atlanta Chamber’s (MAC) Economic Development division. Stefan leads the chamber’s cross-border, international initiatives, managing foreign direct investment (FDI) projects, export promotion programs, and engagement with strategic international stakeholders.
Prior to joining MAC, Stefan served as an International Trade Manager with the Georgia Department of Economic Development where he consulted exporters throughout the state on their international business strategy and developed global relationships to promote Georgia exports. He previously also held roles with the U.S. Department of State and the International Centre for Counter Terrorism in The Hague.
Stefan obtained his B.A. in world politics from Leiden University College in the Netherlands and a joint Master of Arts in transatlantic affairs from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University in Boston, MA and the Collège d’Europe in Bruges, Belgium. He is fluent in German and proficient in Dutch.
